How do I place an order using my trade discount?+-
Once you’re approved to be a part of the trade program, your 15% discount will be automatically applied to applicable items in your cart at checkout.
Can I order fabric swatches and material samples?+-
We can provide free swatches and other material samples for some of our products. Some products may require a refundable fee to receive a sample. Please contact our trade program representative for more info.
Can I use a promo code if I’m a member of the trade program?+-
A promo code may not be used in addition to the trade program discount. However, if the promo code discount is greater than the trade program discount, you may use the promo code instead of the trade program discount.
Can I use my trade discount on sale items?+-
Trade program discount may not be used on sale items.
How long does it take for my product to be delivered once I place my order?+-
Products that are in-stock and can ship via UPS or FedEx will ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. No signature is required for items shipped via FedEx or UPS. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
Products that are made to order will require an extended order processing period before the item ships. Please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding products that are made to order.
All furniture, oversized and fragile items will ship using a freight carrier. Freight shipping is the preferred shipping method for these products to ensure they reach you safely.
Unless otherwise noted, all furniture, oversized and fragile products that are in-stock will ship within 7-10 business days. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery once the item has shipped.

Do you offer expedited shipping?+-
Expedited shipping is available for most of our products. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com to be quoted for expedited shipping.
Do you offer White Glove delivery?+-
White Glove delivery is available for all products that are shipped via freight. The price for White Glove delivery is calculated at checkout with a max of $250.00.

What if an item arrives damaged?+-
We ask that you fully inspect your product(s) at the time of delivery and note any imperfections at that time of receipt on the delivery companies delivery paperwork. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace or repair the item free of charge. Read our Returns & Damages policy, here.
