Holiday Shipping Projections

As temperatures drop and we spend more time at home, you’ll be looking to add cozy touches to your decor – or maybe it’s time to invest in that new sofa! Whether your purchase is large or small, we’ve outlined some holiday shipping projections* so that you have an idea of when to expect items purchased this season.

*Timeframes listed are estimates and are subject to change.

Due to a high volume of orders, shipping preparation may take longer than normal. Order processing for in-stock items* is estimated to take anywhere from 10 - 30 business days. Once your order is on the way, you will receive an email with tracking. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking to activate.

*If your item is on backorder, your order will not begin processing until it has arrived back in stock. Products that are made to order have an extended lead time to allow for production. Posted production/restocking/backorder dates are estimates, and availability is always subject to change. Please reference the product page or email our Customer Care team at if you have any questions regarding product availability.

Small Parcel Shipments (denoted in the “Shipping” tab on each product page):

Small parcel shipments will spend approximately 10 - 15 business days in transit. Please note that some shipments may require a signature, and items ordered together are not always shipped in the same box. Scout & Nimble does not ship items to P.O and A.P.O boxes at this time.

Freight Shipments (denoted in the “Shipping” tab on each product page):

Freight shipments will spend approximately 5 - 8 weeks in transit. All freight shipments require a signature; you will be contacted directly to schedule final delivery.

Shipping Fees


All small parcel orders over $250 are qualified to receive Free Shipping. Orders under $250 are charged a flat rate of $19.95.



All threshold deliveries over $500 are qualified to receive Free Shipping. Orders under $500 are charged a flat rate of $49.95. Threshold deliveries include a signature required delivery to the first dry location outside of your home. Examples of this include a front porch or garage. 



     All White Glove deliveries are charged a flat rate fee of $165. This will include:

  • Inside delivery of the item(s) to the room of your choice.
  • Unpacking of the shipment.
  • Assembly of all items if needed.
  • Debris removal.

Please note:

  • The delivery team will not perform major installations including but not limited to electrical wiring, plumbing, or any services requiring the use of power tools.
  • Not all items are eligible for White Glove Delivery and not all fulfillment centers offer White Glove Delivery.
  • White Glove Delivery, entails one final delivery to your home, of all products purchased.
  • The fulfillment center will not move furniture already inside your home, if additional services are needed, please reach out to us at so we can further assist you.
  • Due to the recent resurgence in reported COVID-19 cases nationwide, we have received notices from some of our shipping and delivery partners informing us that they are putting a hold on all in-home White Glove deliveries. The delivery service will be downgraded to a Threshold Delivery to the exterior of the home and you will be refunded any White Glove Fees that were paid at the time of checkout.


All in-stock orders must be canceled within 24 hours of the order being placed. When an order is placed, we are working diligently to get it processed and en route to your front door as quickly as possible. This means the time window for cancellation is very limited, if you do decide the item will not work for you, please contact and a Customer Care Member would be happy to assist you.

Please note, that if your item is on backorder, you are able to cancel at any time leading up to the preparation of shipment. Once the order has begun to process through our warehouse, it is past the point of cancelation. 

Customized pieces are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking. Please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking to activate if it has not when you received your email. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email as soon as we have more information.

Some product pages will provide an estimated availability date for the item; please note this is only our very best estimate and there is no guarantee the product will arrive in stock by this exact date.

To determine whether your item(s) require Standard Shipping or Freight Shipping, please reference the Shipping and Returns tab located on individual product pages. 

Small Parcel


Unless otherwise noted*, all products that are in stock and can ship via UPS or FedEx will ship within 3-5 business days of the item being processed. Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.



Unless otherwise noted*, all oversized and fragile products that are in stock will ship within 7-10 business days from when the order is processed. Once your item has shipped, please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery to your local fulfillment center.


Once your tracking is marked as “Delivered”, you will receive a call, text or email within 1-7 business days to schedule the final delivery to your home.

Please note:

  • Some small parcel shipments may require a signature.
  • Items ordered together are not always shipped in the same box.
  • Scout & Nimble does not ship items to P.O and A.P.O boxes at this time.
  • All freight shipments will require a signature for delivery. If you opt to waive this and are not home at the time of delivery, all rights to a claim will be waived. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
