Our cushion foam is soy-based, leaving a smaller environmental footprint. Our foam and fibers are TB 117-2013 compliant, and have no flame retardant chemicals.

Small Parcel Shipments 

  • This item will ship via UPS or Fed Ex ground as a small parcel shipment.   Unless an upgraded form of shipping is selected, the estimated delivery time will be 1-5 days from the date the item is shipped.  This item does not require a signature and will be dropped at your front door.  The shipper can use their discretion to require a signature when they drop your shipment.  You will receive an email that contains your tracking # when your item ships.
  • Please note that we do not ship items to PO Boxes or Military APO’s, or anywhere outside the contiguous United States.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY*

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, which is why we offer one of the most accommodating returns policies in the industry. On most small parcel orders, if the quality or craftsmanship of the product doesn’t meet your expectations in any way—or it simply doesn’t fit or look right in your space—don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Contact our Customer Care Center within 30 days of the product shipping notification being sent to you (i.e., the date the product left the warehouse), and we will, at your request, either send a replacement product, exchange the product, or refund the full merchandise value of the product to your Scout & Nimble account, and we’ll even cover the return shipping as long as you use a Scout & Nimble pre-printed UPS return label. That’s right….you don’t pay any restocking fees or return shipping fees under the above circumstances. We aim to please!

If you prefer to have your refund applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase, you may indicate this on your online return request form, and we will refund the full merchandise value of the product to the original credit card minus the following charges: 1.) The original shipping/handling fees, only if this fee was marked as "$0.00" or "free shipping" on your order.  2.) All return shipping and handling charges in accordance to our shippers Returns Fee Schedule. 

All products must be in original condition and packed with original shipping materials to be eligible for returns.  All credits and refunds will be processed once we have received and fully inspected the product. 

*Some products are not covered by the General Return Policy. Please see Exclusions for a list of excluded and non-returnable products.

EXCLUSIONS

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned or refunded once ordered or in production include:

  • Clearance or Sale items
  • Gift certificates
  • All Custom (Made to Order) /personalized or Upholstered items outlined in the product "Details" section.
  • Select items marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
  • All White Glove & Large Parcel items

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you received a product that has been damaged or has a missing part, simply fill out our Returns Form within 10 days of receiving your shipping notification. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to remedy the issue.

 TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Navigate to the Returns section at the footer of the Scout & Nimble Home Page, or go to https://www.scoutandnimble.com/Returns
  2. Complete the return form on this page and click the submit button once completed.
  3. We will reveiw your submission and promptly email you a return label if your product is eligible to be returned. 
The warranty applies for 3 years from date of delivery of the product for Frames, Springs, Mechanisms, & Cushions, as long as it remains upholstered in the original fabric. Gabby warrants to the original purchaser protection against manufacturing defect in metal mechanism components. Gabby products are intended solely for residential use and are not to be used in commercial environments. Non-residential use voids any responsibility of Gabby to repair, replace, substitute for, or issue a refund for a product. All Gabby products are designed for indoor use only. Outdoor use voids the Gabby warranty. Manufacturers of upholstery fabrics do not guarantee their products for wearing quality, color- fastness or fabric shrinkage, wrinkling and stretching, and such properties are not covered under this warranty. Leather is a soft porous material that is sometimes uncoated and can easily absorb liquids and oily substances. Avoid saturating the leather with lotion or water for a long period of time.
