Scout Sessions | From Passion to Profession: My $6,000 Wake-up Call

In my second "From Passion to Profession" post, I dive beyond technical skills to explore how you can discover your unique design purpose. Comment From Alison Celmer:

These first two posts really resonate with me, and my unique journey that brought me back to design. I started my career in residential interior design, then I transitioned into the field of education, and eventually became an elementary principal. I recently decided to take a step back from that role (for SO many reasons), and launched my own design company this past January. It's just getting off the ground, and I am definitely under-estimating my rates. I can't wait to build momentum - thank you for sharing your story :)
