In our latest project, we were asked to bring life to a space with an already unique footprint. Our clients wanted to create an inviting space to entertain and relax, while also balancing feminine and masculine design. The result? A stylish, yet cozy space for the family to gather.

The living room of this home is on another level. Seriously. With a sunken floor and vaulted ceilings, this living room is an obvious centerpiece for bringing this entire home together. The painted brick columns surrounding the room add subtle separation from the kitchen and dining room while keeping the floor plan open and airy.
The high ceilings draw the eye up to the Roundout Pendant, one of our favorite lighting fixtures. We love the how the thin frame of this light doesnβt obstruct the view of the natural wood beams or the Black Dots Framed Art over the fireplace.

Nothing says comfort like a gorgeous, plush rug. The hand-spun, hand-knotted Zuri Beige Rug features a delightfully subtly diamond pattern that runs imperfectly across its surface. It only helps to build on the comfort of this beautiful family room.
Speaking of comfort, meet the Ace Chair. Its oak frame pairs perfectly with rich olive colored velvet to create a gorgeous accent chair that will have everyone clamoring for a seat.

To maximize on comfort and texture, we styled this space with plenty of pillows. Theyβre the perfect accessories for movie night or just cuddling up with a good book. They also look stunning on the custom Crypton sofas. These sofas are basically life-proof because liquids roll right off and wonβt stain when properly cared for.

Nestled in the open space between the sofas is The Edith Adjustable Side Table. The quartz top brings a little glam to this nook while the rustic style metal matches perfectly with similar metal tones in the space.
