Modern Living Room & Dining Room Combination for Apartments or 1 floor Condos

This space is created to transform a one floor living space with one large room into two spaces that realate to one another; the living room and the dining room. The spaces are designed using fine simple lines with bright colors and geometric shapes. The rooms are separated with a free form screen designed using angular shapes. The main seating area is comprised of a sofa and loveseat separated on the corner with a glass and chrome coffee table and stainless lamp & a tapered drum shade. The wood and glass freeform coffee table shopuld be placed in front of the seating group with the blue modern chair, side table, and floor lamp diagonally accross from the sofa grouping. Over the coffee table is a Silver/champagne Leaf Finish On Metal Strips With Black Dry Brushing And Antique Stain.pendent light. Depending on how the room is arranged, the plexiglass modern console will go behind the sofa with two ceramic white lamps and shades providing light and height in the room. The dining room features a round glass and stainless steel dining table with four black wicker & stainless steel dining side chairs. The dining room has a low profile sideboard with an abstract painting placed either vertically or horizontally. Above the table is a modern steel starburst chandelier to finish the room. For additional seating there are three cube stools invarious colors , and an abstract painting to adorn an empty wall where color and dimension are needed. To finish the room colors have been selected to for the ceiling walls and trim, and accent walls to set off the rooms. I love adding boldness and interesting colors like lavender to the room as a backdrop for the orange and the blue furniture.
