Rylan Floor Lamp Shade

The tapered shade for the Rylan floor lamp, in white slubbed linen. Slubbing is the irregular thickness in the yarn, and it is what keeps a white shade from looking flat under a lit bulb. Cleaning code X, so vacuum or light brush only and no cleaning products. Pairs with the Rylan oil rubbed bronze and marble base, listed separately. Order both to build the complete lamp, or the shade alone to replace one. A taper throws more light downward than a drum, which suits a lamp beside a reading chair.
