Freight orders over $500 ship free.
Items that are in production can be delayed for any number of reasons. This includes production issues, overseas
shipping delays, and customs delays. If a backorder date changes, we will notify you of the new estimated
stocking date.
Please allow 2-4 business days for an accurate backorder date for your specific order.

Items that ship via freight are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes furniture, oversized,
made-to-order, customized and fragile products. If one of these products arrives damaged, we will gladly send a
replacement product or repair the item free of charge.
