Mission Bay Dresser

Seven drawers in a 68-inch case, which is wide enough that two people can share it without negotiating. The Arroyo finish is a sun-washed white oak with visible grain variation, so the surface reads as wood rather than as a color. That matters in a bedroom where the bed is upholstered and the room needs something with texture to push against. Cedar lines the bottom drawers, the detail that protects knitwear through a humid Midwest summer. A jewelry tray sits in the top drawer. Twisted metal bar pulls in soft champagne add the only shine on the piece.
