Magnolia Mist Framed Silk Panel Pair

The Magnolia Mist Framed Silk Panel Pair is hand-painted chinoiserie on a soft slate-blue silk ground, with white magnolia blossoms on pale branches and songbirds and butterflies scattered across the two compositions. Peonies, flowering branches, and garden rocks fill in the lower portions of the two panels. The branches lean inward, so when hung together the panels seem to reach toward one another. Each panel is set in its own Champagne Gold-finished metal frame, which brightens the blue silk without drawing attention from it. At four and a half feet tall, the pair works side by side on a tall wall above a sofa or console, in a living room, bedroom, or office. Dimensions are per panel.
