The base for the Daxton floor lamp, in poplar burl veneer over iron, offered in dark brown mappa burl or light mappa burl. Burl veneer has a swirled, knotted figure that varies sheet to sheet, so the two finishes read as different woods rather than two shades of the same one. Dark kettle black iron hardware. Pairs with the Daxton floor lamp shade, sold separately. Order both components together to build the complete lamp.
