Why is this process so long?
Items that are oversized, over a certain weight, or fragile ship out via a freight carrier. These items are
handled with care by fulfillment centers who have the equipment and facilities to safely receive, house, and
deliver them.

Items ordered together may or may not ship together and are not always packaged in the same box.
Carriers who specialize in transporting furniture deliver your item(s) to the fulfillment center.

What do you need to do if your item arrives damaged?
Take photos of any damage on the packaging, or on the item(s) themselves.
You must notate any damage on the fulfillment center's paperwork.
Please contact Scout & Nimble immediately. We will gladly replace damaged or defective items.
Once your submission is received, one of our specialists will be in touch to assist with your claim.
Use a damp, soft cloth for wiping down your product. Do not use any
abrasive cleaners. Wet spills should be wiped up immediately. Table
protection such as placemats and coasters are recommended to protect
against high temperatures and spills. Each item is treated with a wax
coating. Therefore, it is recommended to occasionally apply a wax coat
with a small amount of paste wax found at your local hardware store.
