• For items that ship via FedEx or UPS, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of receiving the product.

• Should you choose to receive a refund, we will deduct both the inital and return shipping fees from the purchase amount before processing your refund.

• Simply fill out our Returns form to initiate the return process.

• Clearance and Sale items are non-returnable.

• Made to Order and Custom pieces are non-returnable.
