Small Parcel Shipments
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY*
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, which is why we offer one of the most accommodating returns policies in the industry. On most small parcel orders, if the quality or craftsmanship of the product doesn’t meet your expectations in any way—or it simply doesn’t fit or look right in your space—don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Contact our Customer Care Center within 30 days of the product shipping notification being sent to you (i.e., the date the product left the warehouse), and we will, at your request, either send a replacement product, exchange the product, or refund the full merchandise value of the product to your Scout & Nimble account, and we’ll even cover the return shipping as long as you use a Scout & Nimble pre-printed UPS return label. That’s right….you don’t pay any restocking fees or return shipping fees under the above circumstances. We aim to please!
If you prefer to have your refund applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase, you may indicate this on your online return request form, and we will refund the full merchandise value of the product to the original credit card minus the following charges: 1.) The original shipping/handling fees, only if this fee was marked as "$0.00" or "free shipping" on your order. 2.) All return shipping and handling charges in accordance to our shippers Returns Fee Schedule.
All products must be in original condition and packed with original shipping materials to be eligible for returns. All credits and refunds will be processed once we have received and fully inspected the product.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned or refunded once ordered or in production include:
If you received a product that has been damaged or has a missing part, simply fill out our Returns Form within 10 days of receiving your shipping notification. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to remedy the issue.
