Track arms at 109 inches, so the length reads architectural instead of grand. This is the nine foot sofa for a room that already has pattern and carving elsewhere and needs one long quiet line. A 96 inch seat sits at 19.5 inches high with a 23 inch depth, and the arm is low at 24.5, which keeps the whole piece under the windows in a room with a low sill.
