Shipping | This product will be shipped via freight due to the size, weight or materials used. Freight shipping is the preferred shipping method for oversized and fragile products to ensure they reach you safely.
Unless otherwise noted*, all products that are in-stock will ship within 7-10 business days.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery once the item has shipped.
Items shipped via freight will be delivered as a threshold delivery, unless white glove delivery is selected at checkout. Both threshold delivery and white glove delivery include a call from our delivery carrier to schedule the delivery to your home. Please note that items that have been prepared for shipment cannot be canceled from an order.
Damages & Returns | We stand by our promise of “designer approved” products. We ask that you fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and note any imperfections at that time of receipt. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, please fill out our Damages Form to initiate the replacement process.
Products that require freight shipping are non-returnable.
