Cast stone in a hexagonal form, made in the Philippines from crushed stone and a high-strength binder, with detailed grooves running down each face. Cast rather than carved, so the grooves are formed in the mould and hold their edge. Measures 16 inches wide by 13.5 deep by 20.25 high on a pedestal base. At 26.5 pounds it moves more easily than stone suggests. Works alone beside a chair or as a pair flanking a sofa.
