Rewards Cash Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

This agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the Rewards Cash program offered by Scout & Nimble (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “S&N”) to you, the customer (“you,” “your,” or “customer”). By participating in the Rewards Cash program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should refrain from participating in the program.

2. Rewards Cash Overview

Rewards Cash is a promotional credit issued by S&N, which may be earned by making qualifying purchases during specific promotional periods. Rewards Cash is not a gift card and has no cash value. Rewards Cash may not be redeemed for cash or applied as a standing credit balance on any S&N account.

3. Delivery and Expiration of Rewards Cash

  • Each promotion specifies the delivery and expiration dates for the Rewards Cash. Please see the specific promotion page for these details.
  • Unused Rewards Cash that remains after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated or refunded.

4. How Rewards Cash Can Be Used

Rewards Cash can be redeemed for the following:

  • Full-price items.
  • In-stock or backordered items.

5. Restrictions on Use of Rewards Cash

  • Rewards Cash must be used in a single purchase; any unutilized balance after the purchase will be forfeited.
  • Rewards Cash cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • Rewards Cash cannot be applied to shipping and handling charges associated with the order.
  • Purchases made with Rewards Cash are final, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for other item(s).

6. Combining Rewards Cash

If you wish to combine multiple Rewards Cash balances for a single purchase, please contact our customer support team at support@scoutandnimble.com before completing your transaction.

7. No Cash Value

Rewards Cash does not have any cash value and is not considered legal tender. Rewards Cash may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or credited to any account. It cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other non-qualifying items as determined by S&N.

8. Modifications and Termination of the Program

Scout & Nimble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Cash program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated through our website or other channels as deemed appropriate. Your continued participation in the Rewards Cash program constitutes acceptance of any changes made to these terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

S&N is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Rewards Cash program or the issuance and redemption of Rewards Cash. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute regarding Rewards Cash, S&N’s decision will be final.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions, or the Rewards Cash program, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Association. The venue for any arbitration shall be the state of Missouri. By participating in the Rewards Cash program, you waive the right to bring any claim in court, other than to enforce an arbitration award.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement and the Rewards Cash program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
