Agreement Overview

This agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the Buy More, Save More or any other promotion offered by Scout & Nimble ("the Company," "we," "us," or "S&N") to you, the customer ("you," "your," or "customer"). By participating in the Buy More, Save More or any other promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should refrain from participating in the promotion.

Buy More, Save More Promotion 

Overview

The Buy More, Save More promotion ("Promotion") offers customers tiered discounts on their purchases based on the total cart amount during the promotional period. The Promotion applies only to eligible productsβ€”see list of exclusions and restrictions below for details.

Tiered Discount Structure

Customers will receive discounts based on their total purchase amount as follows:

  • Spend $0 - $999.99: Receive 10% off
  • Spend $1,000 - $2,999.99: Receive 15% off
  • Spend $3,000 - $9,999.99: Receive 20% off
  • Spend $10,000 or more: Receive 25% off

Discounts are applied to the final purchase price of qualifying items before shipping and taxes.

Discount Adjustment Upon Return of Item(s)

  • If any item(s) within the original order are returned, the discount percentage will be subject to change.
  • The discount will be updated to reflect the new discount tier based on the revised order total after the returned item(s) are deducted.
  • The revised discount will be applied to the new subtotal of the order before shipping and taxes.

Single Order Application

  • The Promotion applies to a single order only and cannot be applied across multiple orders.
  • Discounts must be used within the same transaction and cannot be transferred or combined with future purchases.

Activation and Expiration of Offer

The offer is activated by clicking on a promotional URL link. Once clicked, the discount offer will be valid for 48 hours. After the promotional window ends, the offer will expire and cannot be reactivated.

Exclusions and Restrictions

  • Discounts cannot be earned or applied to the purchase of gift cards, previously purchased items, or any non-qualifying items as determined by Scout & Nimble.
  • The Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
  • The highest discount available on Four Hands full-price products is 20% off (excludes closeout styles on sale).
  • Arteriors, Currey & Co., Amber Interiors x Four Hands, Essentials for Living, and Wildwood Home are excluded from Scout & Nimble discount offer and Buy More, Save More promotions. Scout & Nimble reserves the right to exclude any product from this promotion at any time.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • If item(s) is/are returned, the discount percentage earned will be adjusted to reflect the new order subtotal before shipping and taxes.
  • The revised discount will be recalculated based on the remaining items in the order.
  • All returns or cancellations are subject to Scout & Nimble’s standard cancellations & returns policies.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Standard shipping and handling charges apply to all purchases made during this Promotion, including those made using a discount. For more information on shipping fees and options, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

Modification and Termination of Promotion

Scout & Nimble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Buy More, Save More or any other promotion, including any associated discounts, at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated through our website or other channels as deemed appropriate. Your continued participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of any changes made to these terms and conditions.

Design Consultations

Our complimentary 30-minute consult is a focused starter session. We’ll zero in on one space and a shortlist of product recommendations. If your project spans multiple rooms, layouts, or deeper design direction, we offer an hourly design service so we can give your home the time and detail it deserves. 

  • Scope: The complimentary 30-minute session is a focused starter consult for one space and a curated shortlist of product suggestions.
  • Out of scope: Multi-room or whole-home product sourcing beyond a handful of items can be offered at an hourly design rate.
  • Deliverables: No written recap, drawings, or boards are included with the complimentary session. Deliverables can be added under hourly service.
  • Timekeeping: If your needs extend beyond the complimentary time, you may opt to continue immediately under hourly billing or schedule a separate hourly session.
  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed appointments may require rebooking based on availability.
  • Purchasing & Fulfillment: Product availability, pricing, shipping, and lead times are subject to change by suppliers. Taxes, shipping, and white-glove services are additional.
  • Professional Limits: Recommendations are for furnishings and decor only and are not architectural, structural, electrical, or code-compliance advice.
  • Color & Materials: Finishes and colors may vary by screen and dye lot; samples are recommended.
  • Liability: Scout & Nimble is not liable for site conditions, measurements provided by clients, or third-party delays.
  • Privacy & Communications: By booking, you consent to receive appointment-related messages and follow-ups; you can opt out anytime.

Limitation of Liability

S&N is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the application of discounts. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute regarding discounts, S&N’s decision will be final.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions, or the Buy More, Save More promotion, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Association. The venue for any arbitration shall be the state of Missouri. By participating in a Scout & Nimble, including the Buy More, Save More promotion, you waive the right to bring any claim in court, other than to enforce an arbitration award.

Governing Law

This Agreement and the Buy More, Save More or any other Scout & Nimble promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Scout & Nimble regarding the Buy More, Save More promotion and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements, whether electronic, oral, or written, regarding the promotion.
