1. Agreement Overview

This agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the Buy More, Get More promotion offered by Scout & Nimble ("the Company," "we," "us," or "S&N") to you, the customer ("you," "your," or "customer"). By participating in the Buy More, Get More promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should refrain from participating in the promotion.

2. Promotion Overview

The Buy More, Get More promotion ("Promotion") allows customers to earn Rewards Cash based on their total qualifying purchase amount during the promotional period. Rewards Cash earned through this Promotion is a promotional credit, not a gift card, and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards or other non-qualifying items as determined by S&N.

3. Earning Rewards Cash

Customers will earn Rewards Cash based on the subtotal of eligible purchases before shipping and taxes during the promotional period:

  • Spend $0 - $799.99: Earn 10% Rewards Cash
  • Spend $800 - $4,999.99: Earn 15% Rewards Cash
  • Spend $5,000 - $14,999.99: Earn 20% Rewards Cash
  • Spend $15,000 or more: Earn 25% Rewards Cash

Rewards Cash is calculated on the final purchase price of qualifying items before shipping and taxes. Rewards Cash cannot be earned on purchases of sale items or backordered items and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

4. Delivery and Expiration of Rewards Cash

  • The delivery and expiration of Rewards Cash will be specified in each specific promotion. Please refer to the respective promotion page for details.
  • Any unused Rewards Cash after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated or refunded.

5. How Rewards Cash Can Be Used

Rewards Cash can be redeemed for the following:

  • Full-price, in-stock items.
  • Must be used in a single purchase; any unutilized balance after the purchase will be forfeited.

Rewards Cash cannot be used for:

  • Combining with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • Shipping and handling charges associated with the order.
  • Purchases of sale items, backordered items, or non-qualifying items as determined by S&N.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • If an order is canceled, the Rewards Cash earned from that order will be forfeited.
  • If item(s) is/are returned, the Rewards Cash amount earned will be adjusted to reflect the new order subtotal before shipping and taxes.
  • Purchases made using Rewards Cash are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for other item(s).
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to Scout & Nimble’s standard return and exchange policies.

7. Combining Rewards Cash

If you wish to combine multiple Rewards Cash balances for a single purchase, please contact our customer support team at support@scoutandnimble.com before completing your transaction.

8. No Cash Value

Rewards Cash has no cash value and is not considered legal tender. Rewards Cash may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or credited to any account.

9. Modification and Termination of Promotion

Scout & Nimble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Buy More, Get More promotion, including any associated Rewards Cash, at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated through our website or other channels as deemed appropriate. Your continued participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of any changes made to these terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

S&N is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the issuance and redemption of Rewards Cash. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute regarding Rewards Cash, S&N’s decision will be final.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions, or the Buy More, Get More promotion, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Association. The venue for any arbitration shall be the state of Missouri. By participating in the Buy More, Get More promotion, you waive the right to bring any claim in court, other than to enforce an arbitration award.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement and the Buy More, Get More promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
