STANDARD SHIPPING

Unless otherwise noted*, all products that are in-stock and can ship via UPS or FedEx will ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. No signature is required for items shipped via FedEx or UPS. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items ordered together are not always shipped in the same box.

The cost of shipments vary based on the size of the shipment.

*Products that are made to order will require an extended order processing period before the item ships. Please email our Customer Care team at support@scoutandnimble.com if you have any questions regarding products that are made to order.

 

SHIPPING FOR FURNITURE, OVERSIZED & FRAGILE ITEMS 

All furniture, oversized and fragile items will ship using a freight carrier. Freight shipping is the preferred shipping method for these products to ensure they reach you safely.

Unless otherwise noted, all furniture, oversized and fragile products that are in-stock will ship within 7-10 business days. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery once the item has shipped.

Once your item ships, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number.

 

DELIVERY FOR FURNITURE, OVERSIZED & FRAGILE ITEMS

Items shipped via freight will be delivered as a curbside delivery unless white glove delivery is selected at checkout. Both curbside and white glove delivery include a call from our delivery carrier to schedule the delivery to your home.

White glove delivery includes inside delivery of the shipment to the room of your choice, unpackaging of the shipment, assembly of all items, placing of the items in your home and debris removal. The delivery team will not perform major installation, including but not limited to: electrical wiring, plumbing, or any services requiring the use of power tools.

You must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. At time of delivery, please fully inspect the product(s) for any damages, including taking photos of any damages or imperfections.

If an item arrives damaged, please fill out the Damages form within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Items that have been prepared for shipment cannot be canceled from an order. Furniture, oversized, and fragile items are non-returnable and non-refundable. For additional information on damages and returns, please visit the Returns page. 


 

To determine how your product will be shipped, please reference the Shipping & Returns tab located on product pages. Some product pages will provide an estimated delivery date for the item; please note this is only our best estimate and there is no guarantee that the product will reach you by this date.

At this time, we do not ship items to PO Boxes, Military APO’s, or anywhere outside the contiguous United States.
