Shipping Information

Scout & Nimble ships your order using the fastest and most reliable methods available. We only ship products within the contiguous United States.  Small Parcel shipments are typically shipped via UPS, Fed Ex ,& USPS.  The cost of shipments vary based on the size of the shipment.  On occasion we will run free shipping promotions on select items.  If the item qualifies for free shipping, it will be visible on the product page and in your shopping cart.  To determine how your product will be shipped please see the Shipping Section on the product Pages.  Estimated Arrival Dates are also posted on each product page.  If you have any additional questions regarding your shipment, please contact our Customer Support for more details.

Small Parcel: 1-5 Business Days
Large Parcel Curbside Deliveries: 5 - 10 Business Days
Large Parcel Inside Deliveries: 3 - 6 Weeks

 

Small Parcel Shipments

  • This item will ship via UPS or Fed Ex ground as a small parcel shipment.   Unless an upgraded form of shipping is selected, the estimated delivery time will be 1-5 days from the date the item is shipped.  This item does not require a signature and will be dropped at your front door.  The shipper can use their discretion to require a signature when they drop your shipment.  You will receive an email that contains your tracking # when your item ships.
  • Please note that we do not ship items to PO Boxes or Military APO’s, or anywhere outside the contiguous United States.

 

Large Parcel Shipments

  • It is our job to ensure that your item is safely delivered to your home.  Due to the size of this item, it will be delivered using one of our selected furniture carries.  Standard practice is for our furniture carriers to drop the item at your door and require your signature.  Upon checkout you may choose to upgrade to “White Glove Shipping”.  For all Large Parcel Deliveries please fully inspect your purchase at time of delivery.  If the package is damaged in any way, please write “Package Damaged” on the form that you are asked to sign from the driver.  If the package looks significantly damaged, after notating the damage on the slip, you may refuse the delivery.  In this case please notify Customer Care.

 

Front Door Drop Off

  • Item will be delivered within 5-10 days of the items leaving our warehouse.
  • You will be contacted for a delivery time and given a 3-5 hour window with which you will be required to be available to sign for the delivered item.
  • You will be required to bring the item in your home on your own and un-package and stage your purchase.
  • This item requires your signature at time of delivery.  Please fully inspect your purchase prior to signing off on your purchase.  If the product is damaged please write “Damaged” on the sheet that the shipper hands you and reject the shipment.  We will gladly ship you a new item upon notification that your item was damaged.
  • Estimated Delivery time is 5-10 days

 

White Glove Delivery

  • The White Glove carrier will call you to set up an appointment for delivery once your item arrives at the local terminal.  You will be required to be there at time of delivery to allow the White Glove team to enter your home and stage your item.  Your item will be unpacked and placed in your home at a location of your choosing (limited to no more than 2 flights of stairs).  For convenience, all packaging will be removed and disposed of.  Minor assembly of items will be included.  Delivery team will not perform major installation, including but not limited to, electrical wiring, plumbing, or any services requiring the use of power tools.  
  • This item requires your signature at time of delivery.  Please fully inspect your purchase prior to signing off on your purchase.  If the product is damaged please write “Damaged” on the sheet that the shipper hands you and reject the shipment.  We will gladly ship you a new item upon notification that your item was damaged.
  • Estimated Delivery time is 3-6 Weeks
