Return Policy

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items that ship via FedEx or UPS can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. All products must be in original condition and repackaged in the original shipping materials to be eligible for returns. No shipping handling/fees apply for returns should you elect to apply your refund to your Scout & Nimble account to be applied toward future purchases.

However, in the event that you’d like to apply your refund to your original form of payment, the value of the merchandise returned will be refunded to your credit card minus all shipping / handling fees, to include: all initial shipping / handling fees that were covered by Scout & Nimble at the time your order was placed during checkout , as well as all return shipping / handling fees that applies to the total value of the merchandise being returned in accordance with our shippers fee schedule.

To initiate your return, please complete the Returns Form within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Some products are not covered by the General Return Policy. Please see Exclusions for a list of excluded and non-returnable products.

 RETURN EXCLUSIONS: 

  • Clearance items

  • Gift certificates

  • Any custom or made to order pieces

  • Any select items marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the Shipping & Returns tab located on the product page)

  • Items that ship via freight, including, but not limited to furniture, oversized, and fragile items.

  • Light fixtures that have been installed or altered in any way from the original condition in which it arrived to you are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: Items that are shipped via freight are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes furniture, oversized and fragile products. If one of these products arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement product or repair the item for free of charge.

DAMAGES

We ask that you fully inspect your product(s) at the time of delivery and note any imperfections at that time of receipt. If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace or repair the item free of charge. Please photograph the damages and fill out our Damages Form within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to remedy the issue.

 

 RETURNS SHIPPING/HANDLING FEE SCHEDULE

No shipping handling/fees apply for returns should you elect to apply your refund to your Scout & Nimble account to be applied toward future purchases; however, in the event that you’d like to apply your refund to your original form of payment, the value of the merchandise returned will be refunded to your credit card minus a returns shipping/handling fee that applies to the total value of the merchandise being returned in accordance with our shippers fee schedule.
